On Wednesday, September 1st,2023 VIMS counseling office held a meeting titled “Self-care in mental health” for international students. Self-care in mental health leads to an increase in mental health literacy, which means self-awareness and beliefs of people about psychiatric disorders increases and helps to identify, manage or prevent these disorders.
